Delete your account and data

You can delete your account and everything stored with it at any time. No email, no waiting period, no reason required.

Option 1 — From inside the app (instant)

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Open the menu (☰) → Settings.
3. Scroll to the Data section and tap Delete account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm and tap the delete button.

The account is removed immediately and you are signed out on every device.

Option 2 — If you no longer have the app installed

Email skmudassir.it@gmail.com from the address registered to the account, with the subject line Delete my account. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 7 days, and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• Your account record — email address, name, phone number, address and password hash
• Your study history and recent topics
• Your quiz attempts, coding attempts and scores
• Your role-play sessions, transcripts and feedback scores
• All active sessions (you are signed out everywhere)

Nothing is kept. We do not hold a copy of deleted accounts for later use, and we do not retain any part of your profile after deletion is complete.

What is not affected

• Study topics that are shared between users remain available to other users; anything that identified you personally is removed.
• Standard server access logs (IP address and request metadata) expire on their normal short cycle — normally within 30 days.
• If you bought something through Google Play, the purchase record is held by Google under Google’s own policies; deleting your account here does not cancel or refund a Google Play purchase.

Other choices

• Want to keep the account but clear your trail? Settings → Data → Clear history removes your recent and history lists without deleting the account.
• Want a copy first? Settings → Data → Export downloads a JSON file of your data.
