Terms of Service

Effective date: 13 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Sk Mudassir, an individual developer, for the use of our mobile applications and the services behind them.

1. Accepting these terms

By installing or using an App, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the study features. Provide accurate details and keep your password confidential.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Use Settings → Sessions to review and revoke signed-in devices.
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to consent to data processing in your country.
We may suspend or close an account that is used for abuse, illegal activity or attempts to disrupt the service.

3. AI-generated content — important

Study material, questions, explanations, code problems and role-play feedback are generated by large language models. They can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong. The App is a study aid, not a source of professional, legal, medical or financial advice, and it does not guarantee any interview, exam or job outcome.

Verify anything important against an authoritative source before relying on it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Submit code intended to attack, overload or escape our execution environment, or to access other users’ data;
Use the service to generate unlawful, hateful, harassing or infringing content, or to build a competing dataset by scraping it;
Share account credentials, resell access, or automate requests beyond normal personal use;
Reverse engineer or interfere with the service except as permitted by law.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit (subjects, answers, code, role-play responses). You grant us the licence needed to operate the App: to store, process and transmit that content to provide the features you asked for — including sending prompts to our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy.

The generated study material is provided for your personal learning use. We own the App itself, its name, design and underlying software.

6. Purchases

Any paid feature is sold through Google Play Billing and is subject to Google Play’s terms and refund policy. We do not process payment card data.

7. Service availability and changes

Features may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or unavailable from time to time. We may add, modify or remove features — including free features — as the product evolves. Generation of new study material depends on third-party AI services and can fail or take several minutes.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time — see Delete your account. We may end or suspend access if these terms are breached.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the “Effective date” above will change and material updates will be signalled in the App or store listing. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
